I honestly can't make up my mind whether there are slightly insane people who want to believe in a grand conspiracy theory, or whether it's a deliberate ploy to distract.

I do think some of the posters on the thread are playing games just for the sport of it, and I'm going to drop off it soon as IMHO it's a waste of time / effort.

I am feeling very discouraged.

I received a horrible PM a few weeks ago, from someone i'd never had any previous interraction or trouble with (MoeSlysack (sp?)) , who told me that i am, quote 'a truly slimey human being' and 'with one brain cell'. I didn't report it or reply to it. I'm obviously not popular in the forum.

I don't really understand 'libel' and please don't try to explain it to me.

I sometimes feel i've become part of an insular world. None of the stickies about statements, dvd, etc. have any verifiable links to the outside world. I'm not suggesting anyone is untrustworthy here, but how can we know, for a fact, what is fact ?

No need to reply, It's a rhetorical question. I'm a naturally 'doubting thomas' !

But i have to say, my posts were factual and not insulting.

But if Admin thought i was being insulting to an axe murderer and therefore breaking forum rules - well the world is really upsidedown and astonishing priorities imo. Deleting posts to protect a murderer just makes no moral sense to me.

Yes I do think nicked could be related, but the worst thing that could happen is if she is not.

The best way of outing them as I say is find the contradicting posts and go that way. That is why I am saying be careful tripz, because of our past troubles. I suppose I am being over cautious in a way, just don't want to rock the boat just as things are settling down.

If you want my personal opinion, I think there may be others. I know what they are saying on other forums and they are just waiting for us to slip up and pounce and the all the disruptor's will pounce again.

It is not a that I am being lent on it is just before putting a real name to a person you have to be 110% sure you have the right person. And yes I do think you are on the right lines tripz and I do think she has been feeding misinformation, but sometimes you gain more information by going softly softly then full steam ahead, the last thing we need is someone playing the blo*dy sympathy card and dividing and conquering the forum.

Remember that some on here still hold a high regard for that poster.

Yes I want to out them just like you and everyone else but I don't want harsh actions ruining this forum, that is all I am saying. We waited and waited and eventually we proved Raptor (Majic/Chaos Engine) as trouble. We went through his posts and his mothers statement and found the inconsistencies. It takes time tripz but when you have enough to lay on the table and more that is the time to strike.

Hi Tripz, thanks for taking my advice, once you can show me or the mods you have the right person, Wewill gladly let you out them. As for Tony I think he has been on and posted, but I bet he is shattered.

We are not saying don't out them, what we are just saying is give us the proof and we will give the go-ahead and we will help all we can, we can't give members IP or personal information but we can help in tracking down inconsistencies.

I think there are quite a few now with their noses pushed up against the window looking in and knowing they can't get up to their old tricks. :)) :)) :))

d) yes noticed he's back on Madeleine more;

e) think I understand this. I've been as honest as I can - I can't be hypocritical (goes against the grain) (wtf?)

My big concern (which is why I want this on database for a short as possible) is that Kizzy is back in mod-box. Bren know what I think - but has a different opinion (which she's entitled to).

If you don't pick this PM up in 5 mins - I will delete and wait until you're online. OK, I'm a bit sensitive after yesterday - but I'm relying on PM.

santacoloma, for some time now I have been wondering if there was some kind of 'special event' organised for either 1 or 2 May in Praia da Luz. To which Murat was invited.

I would also like to ask you whether you see any significance
in Apt. 5C being unoccupied during the week 28 April to 5 May? I noted that the two blone men in shorts were seen acting suspiciously there (on 2 or 3 May?) and also on 3 May the neighbour up above saw another blonde man suspiciously looking around him as he quietly closed the gate to the apartment (in the late afternoon) - which appears also to be 5C.

I would prefer to keep discussion of these two strands of thought off the forum but you can discuss with Geko if you wish

I think there are dangers for The Madeleine Foundation in sending off the booklet to the 'Tapas 9' and to the McCanns' relatives. We would I think be condemned for harassment. (No shit!)

However, if someone else were motivated to do so, that is a different matter. That person would have to get the Tapas 9 and relatives' names and addresses. (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)
